Leader, strategist & Content curator

Josh Lechlitner

WHo Am I?

I’m a leader, strategist, and content curator who specializes in improving processes, culture, and content. My method begins with data and ends with story. The more I get to know an initiative the better the results will be. It’s not simply about implementing a few best practices or producing better content but about determining the core identity of a project and building a better solution from there. Regardless of whether you’re a creative individual or a C-level executive, my skills bring clarity, increase creativity, unlock strategy, and produce results.

Experience

ProSites - SEO Content Assistant Manager

February 2021 - Present

Originally hired as a Content Marketing Analyst, I quickly found opportunities to utilize my leadership and content curation skills to better my team and the content creation process. This has led to a steady string of promotions, including my current position as SEO Content Assistant Manager, where I lead a multidisciplinary team in content curation for a wide array of clients. Some of my responsibilities include project management, training and development, proofing content, conducting client strategy meetings, implementing AI content curation, and content writing. Additionally, since taking over the SEO Content Team, I’ve steadily improved productivity, team collaboration, and employee satisfaction and retention.

Freelance - strategist, editor, and Content writer

June 2018 - Present

I’m a creative strategist who brings thought leadership to any project with the goal of elevating not only the outcome but all who are involved. Some of the projects I’ve taken on include podcast direction, editing a MFA thesis, conceptual and line editing novels, and providing consulting services for the creation of a coworking space.

SDI Clarity - Creative Writing Manager

March 2019 - December 2019

I was hired as the Creative Writing Manager to lead the integration of a creative writing department into a multidisciplinary team environment. My responsibilities included leading the creation of internal and client brand guidelines, conducting client interviews, researching and verifying learning objectives, team training and development, and the conceptualization and writing of deliverables. As a talent development firm, we worked with a broad range of clients to improve internal training, including through in-person training and LMS modules.
